What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Boo for sickness!
I just got into work after my 1-year follow up at the surgeon. All looked really good from my lab stand point and my weight, etc. The only hitch was that my BP was SUPER high, which I'm attributing to a totally fluke as I've been watching my BP pretty carefully because of being on the pill. Well then I got even more stressed about the elevated BP because the PA was looking VERY seriously at me about it - so when they rechecked it it was just as high. Oy! Oh well.
Going to keep my eye out for this grocery list inspiration - I need it too, seriously. I have my bags and list in the car with the plan to go after work this evening, but I just don't feel like anything is appealing lately.

Big news is I was going through my daughter's closet, removed clothes too small for her and found things I have bought her that she has never put on...and I am now that size...so I moved clothes from her closet to mine!
Hi,
Sorry your under the weather AV. Is the backhoe sexy? I could see how a man might think that, I think. To funny. Boys and their toys.
Happy Birthday Lilly, enjoy your pupcakes.
I have been fluctuating between 96 pounds lost and 100 for about two months and am getting frustrated. Some of this has to do with food choices when I was helping a friend/hospital. I have lost inches though, and a couple pounds a month, way less than I was losing. I now have gone back to basics cutting carbs and fighting head hunger. I am going to my 6 month check up and was hoping I would be 100 pounds down. I have read other posts that people have written and will keep on keepin on and move forward. Can't change the past. I am back on track now I think. I was off track with food but I did keep up the exercising. Moving on...
