What is your greek yogurt mixture??
I've posted this so many times but here it is again - my supper almost every day.
2% Fage Greek yogurt (individual container - about 1 cup)
1 scoop whey isolate vanilla protein powder ( I use Bluebonnet brand because it doesn't have Splenda - uses Stevia)
1/2 pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
4T organix flax seeds
1 ounce SF caramel syrup
Mix all together and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Sometimes I get a small organic apple and slice it and use apple to dip into my yogurt/pumpkin mix. Most days I just eat it with a spoon. It is super filling and 30+ grams protein.
May sound boring - but every night I enjoy it.
