First Day at Home Going Well
I'm feeling much better now that I am out of the hospital, but I still have a fair amount of pain. I never thought drinking water could be this hard! I feel like I am constantly drinking, but it is going down so slow. As far as food goes, I am actually feeling more satisfied now than I was on the pre-op diet. I have been able eat almost 2 oz of runny food like yogurt, but only 1 oz of food that is a little thicker like cottage cheese. I'm taking it one day at a time, and I feel good about the progress I've made so far.

Yippeeeeee. Glad to hear this. So happy for you. I tried a shake from Walmart ( I bought the powder and put one scoop in a cup of 1 percent milk and mixed it) Its called Super advanced Whey Isolete. It was good. I got the Isolete one which was alittle more expensive but its 30 protein for one scoop. I got chocolate and it was delicious.
Again, So happy to hear your home. My date is April 23rd.. :)
