Rash

Hi, I had my surgery about 4 weeks ago, and all of a sudden I've had this rash develop on my ankle and just under my left collar bone, there are tiny bumps, and same on my ankle but those seem to be striated too, like little lines down my ankle.  They don't itch unless I scratch them and there's no pain, or heat, it's just kind of gross looking.  The bumps are not oozy or anything like that, just teeny little red bumps.  Does anyone know what or why this is happening?  I was thinking maybe it had something to do with the surgery since I haven't changed anything else I use, such as soaps and detergents or lotions etc.  Thanks for the help if you can give it!

Go to th he doc. It can be anything: viral, bacterial, or simple allergies. I.e. food allergies..
