Exercise help needed

I too, agree with the others who say to use the pool as a good way to get in a work out!  I go to a water aerobics class as I have very bad knees, it's an hour class and we get in a good work out, and I've also met a lot of nice people there!  Good luck!

We started out about the same weight. I did no exercise for the first 7 months and still got to goal by month 14. I also had severe back pain and could not do much before losing 100 pounds. At that point I did begin exercising and became pretty fit in a short period of time.

Please do not overdo it and hurt your back further. I would listen to the others and try water exercises until you lose a little more weight.
