I've been at home since last night, RNY was on Tuesday and so far so good! I feel good and up walking and getting around. Looks like I start full liquids tomorrow then I stay on it for 3 weeks!? Seems like a long time but I'm okay with it, I want to do everything right.

I hope all of you others that also had your surgeries are recovering well. :)

Yes feels,good to finally have had the surgery and now to recover and recuperate. I need to walk more though. Thanks! :)

I've been healing good I think. I've been sleeping a lot then waking up and getting around. My family has been great that's been here with me. I'm kind of worried that I'll run out of pain meds within the next couple of days. Hopefully I won't need them soon. Thanks for the support! I'm so excited to be on this journey.

I had an incident in the hospital where I ran past the pending dosage, nurses were so busy...ect, By an hr & half later I was crying puking and begging for my meds. Anyways after that I took them religiously on schedule like I was supposed to. I was also worried about running out asked my surgeon at 1 week apt for a refill and he said no, I should be using Tylenol now, so I stopped and it turned out I didn't need them anymore, I was just afraid to be off them...
