Good morning everyone. My morning started out early because I had an appointment at the groomer for my cat first thing. We had a battle of wills over the cat carrier, and she won. I could not get her in it, the big baby. I had to reschedule for Monday to give me enough time to find an alternative carrier. Maybe one that opens from the top?
It's a beautiful day here in Portland, and I will be watching all of the activity at the Rose Quarter out of my office window today. March Madness is in town with games over the next couple of days. It's fun to see all of the fans in festive spirits and appropriate team garb making their way to the arena.

L: 1/2 tray of Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli (left over from yesterday's lunch)

D: Trader Joe's Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burger and an egg
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Not a basketball fan at all and definitely not a fan of this colder weather. Lily and I just got back from 3 miles at the park. Looks really rainy so we drove up there today instead of walking from home. I will also do program 6 on the treadmill too and 20 minutes on the bike as well. Trying to get ready for my 5k on Saturday! Post op 30.75 months and weight at 119.4 today. On track with vitamins as d fluids even though I've had a busy day. Here's the food:B 1/2 c oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 1/2 c Asian shrimp and hummus with green peppers D 31/2 oz onion burger no bun and 1/2 c cabbage again S Greek yogurt with granola.
