Carbs !
My dietitian states no more than 30 carbs per meal or 15 carbs per snack for life. But I do not take that to mean that its ok to eat 120 or 135 carbs for the whole day. If I eat one meal that is 30 carbs, then I would try to eat less carbs at my other meals.
