Underweight or more than 100% EWL? I want to know!

To get back to your original question, I have greater than 100 EWL.

Nothing crazy required to reach goal and way below.  It just happened when I followed plan.

I admit I now eat a diet with some extras in it to keep a stable weight. I have been off low carb since a yr out when I hit 130. I don't track food but that may change as time goes by.   I watch my fat intake or my gallbladder makes me very sorry.

125 is low enough, in a size 2 or 4 pants and sm or xs tops ( sigh , no boobs left ). I do a little line dance exercising but no where near what I see most post about.

i love posts like this.

The reason  I ask...is i am 144 lbs with 14% body fat.

My trainers are happy for me but remind me not to dip into 13%.  I hear our bodies just do "whatever" and will end up really thin and eventually gain some back.

I don't know my body fat %. But it must be fairly normal. BMI is normal at 21 and I feel good. Skin is loose on arms and legs. I had a TT done in 2013.

Unlike many , I don't work to hard to maintain. It just works out w my fat restrictions to be fairly stable.

I eat about every 3 hrs, close to 300 calories at a time 5 x per day. I do eat carbs. Crackers, pasta, lean cuisene, healthy choice, fruits etc.

I guess only time will tell. The vets say it is harder to maintain in later yrs. I am 28 months out.

No I worked hard for 2.5 years steady to get to goal, my body wasn't in control I was.  I got there and have maintained within a few pounds of 138 for nearly 10 years by being careful, conscious and never losing sight of why I had wls in the first place.
