What's on the menu today RNYers(Wednesday)?

It is a terribly cold day here in Illinois--a whopping 11 degrees without the wind chill factored in,so I'm glad Lily is restricted from the park right now! Exercise will be four miles on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the bike. I'll have to find some good TV shows to make the time fly!  Post op 28 months and weight at 122 today. On track with fluids and vitamins and enjoying a nice warm cup of pumpkin spice coffee. Here's the plan for food today:B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 1 c chili with cheese leftover from yesterday. I love how a can of chili is two meals for me now!S yogurt if hungry D 31/2 oz of the meat from gumbo and 1/2 c Brussels sprouts S yogurt with nut and granola mix. Good Morning!  Yeah, I'm not a fan of the cold weather happening right now either.  I can never get warm.  Karen, do you have Netflix?  You could marathon a couple of shows during your treadmill time.  I highly recommend Luther, Sherlock and George Gently if you like the British detective dramas like me!

B:  coffee and Friendship Fit to Go cottage cheese with a 1/2 serving of Hummuz olive tapenade crackers.

S:  Babybel light cheese and an apple

L:  3 oz. shrimp with a 1/4 c. ****tail sauce

D:  My wild card because we're going out!  Soooo...I'm thinking just an app like crab cakes or something.

That's a great idea AV! We have Netflix but I'll have to have my college age son show me how to do it. I'm sure he can give me a tutorial!

Good morning all!

I'm currently sipping on my protein shake, trying to decide if I want to knock out some treadmill time now or wait and see how my day goes. 

b - synthrax cappuccino w/ unsweet soy

l - greek yogurt 100 & deli meat

s - pickle w peanut butter

d - 2 oz shrimp w/ dip (2 tbls greek yogurt, 2 tbls ****tail sauce, 1/2 small avacado, tabasco & salt)

 

I love watching netflix while on the treadmill.  I went through a rewatch of some the the early seasons of West Wing and recently made it through Sherlock. 

Enjoy the end of 2014 all!

It's chilly in Georgia, but not THAT chilly!

s: protein shake

l: salmon w low fat cream cheese

s: carnation breakfast essentials

d: Greek yogurt

s: cottage cheese, cream cheese, SF jello dessert.
