Congrat's you've done marvelous.

You have inspired me to walk/run when I can, to do a 5K.  I like reading your threads on your 5K's.  My sister has done a few 5K's and have gotten her kids and grandkids to do them with her.  Since I lost some weight she has been asking me to join them and I plan to work up to doing a 5k.  I have never really gotten my breathing down when running, but I have this goal about doing at least one race in the spring (probably walking) and hopefully another in the summer.

You just seem so happy with your WLS and running.  You go girl!  and congrat's on your wedding and I hope 2015 is everything you want it to be.
