Just 3 lbs to go!
Just 3 lbs to until I hit my personal goal! As of late, the scale does not seem to want to move at all or is just moving more slowly to make me angry!
Man...I miss the days immediately post-p when I would lose 3 lbs in a DAY!.
Move scale..move!

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat
Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
Those last 3 lbs were hard for me too. You'll get there.
I'm now aiming for 130, which means I've got 10 lbs to go...again.

I have total faith in you!! You kick butt!!
Oh I got a lot of advice
1) Watch portion sizes (of your entire meal)
2) high protein low carb
3) don't be afraid to exercise and incorporate weight lifting into your routine (I dont have hanging skin on my arms)
4) Enjoy shopping for "new to you" clothes at goodwill, salvation army and thrift stores. I have found several dresses that were awesome and had the tags still on them!
