I made goal. And now the hard part begins.
You and me both. I almost passed out during my first consult as I stood naked in front of a mirror while the doctor pulled and prodded my skin. Seeing Nikke's one week post plastics LBL scars almost killed me, but now the scars have gone down and she looks INCREDIBLE so I have hope. I guess I will have to deal with pain (gulp) and recovering. Ugh!
We must be the same height if 145 is "normal" for you too. Congrats at reaching your goal!! I've still got about 80 pounds to go. Whee :P

I keep hoping I'll get taller because then I'd have less weight to lose, right?! :D

It's so funny to be at goal and now revising my goal down so kind of not at goal. You, girl, are TINY! OMG!
Yes, the attention from men is super flattering and I have been putting in a lot of effort doing the online thing and going on dates, but no one spectacular just yet. You have to kiss a lot of frogs, and all that...
I know that I just have to make the right decisions of what to eat, every day. I feel up to the challenge, feeling this good, but I'm only a year out, so my struggle or relative ease of maintenance will really remain to be seen. I cannot wait to have plastics!!! (even though I am terrified). :)
Girl, I am so excited for you and you look fabulous! I have loved sharing this journey with you. I admit I am scared of this maintenance phase. I struggle daily to make the best food choices. Those darn sweets. I still love them. Ugh...
i have a goal in my head I would like to reach also. I don't think I would like to stay there but I would like to reach to half of my all time highest weight. I'm just 8 pounds away. I can't bring myself to changing my goal here on OH because I love seeing the "Goal Reached!"
Congrats on reaching your goal and can you believe it's been a year?
