I made goal. And now the hard part begins.
Plastics (for me anyway) is one more step in my journey that I am so excited to be doing now. It's a bit more incentive if you will to making sure I take care of this new body!
Take care pal

Congrats Em. Did you even think last year on Dec 3rd as you prepared for surgery that in LESS THAN A YEAR you would be at goal and have lost over 200 pounds. I am so very proud of you!! I hope you take a moment and take it in, the fact that you did this, not a friend, a co worker, not a family member, you did, you stuck to plan and have done a phenomenal job. I hope in December 2015 we are still here posting and following the "rules"
Love the jump suit & shoes and I totally get the "don't always recognize myself" comment (pre & post).
BIG HUGS, Daisy xoxo

Thanks, Daisy! You are so teensy tinsy, of course you don't recognize yourself! I definitely am soaking this in today - all of these comments are just so motivating! Some days I forget how good I look in clothes because I am not happy with my body outside of clothes (saggy, saggy, saggy skin). So it's a good reminder to be proud and celebrate and keep on keeping on.
I agree with your other post(s) focusing on the NSVs. Like just now, I did an exercise class, alongside two fit and pretty "normal" girls. And I used higher weights on all of the exercises :) Woo hop!
Congrats to you too, on your major accomplishments!!! Hugs back atcha! XOXO
Congrats Em! You look AMAZING! Also, I love the jumpsuit, you're totally rocking it! I'm guessing holiday parties will be a lot more fun getting ready for this year than last year, I know I feel that way! You have worked so hard, I'm so happy for you. Thanks for being such a great inspiration and friend here on OH (and MFP :)!
Thanks, Shannon! Thanks to you for being a great friend here and on MFP :) I love seeing your menu and getting great Trader Joe's ideas from you. I thought of your boots yesterday when I put on a shirt my mom gave me and it was tight on one bicep lol. You have worked even harder than I have - with your two hour spinning and pilates workouts and eating only 800 calories per day! Damn girl you get after it!

Holy crap Em you look amazing. You have been an inspiration with your weight loss and your zest for life. You travel so much and go out a lot and you have done such a great job.
You look at least ten years younger.I know it shouldn't be about looks but hell sometimes when you see yourself it reminds you why you had the surgery. Not only by feeling better.
You can celebrate a little.
Thanks, Susan! I told my trainer I reached my goal and he said to keep on going lol. Then he came back and said "be proud of yourself and celebrate"... I am going to keep my ticker reading "at goal" for a day and then keep on moving forward. I am pretty happy right now and definitely feeling the love here!
