No restiction

I cook every day, always have. A lean meat and simple clean vegetable. I have always been a healthy FOOD eater with an unfortunate penchant for ice cream and sweets. They are off the table now!  I worked late and long yesterday, so it was a quick option. Also had some help from 3 dogs! 

I work a lot of hours too at both work and at home and yet I still find enough time in my day not to eat Atkins.  I wouldn't let my dogs eat it either.  

I guess I'm just a lesser human than you. 

Yowzers!  I've tried Atkins crustless chicken pie and liked it.  Get a good laugh like I did!   NO. ATKINS. FOR. YOU.  Jeez... lol

Very judgemental.  She is asking for help and last I checked this is a SUPPORT forum not a place to criticize each other.  Let's try to be a little more human and understanding on this journey and boost each other up instead of waiting for an opportunity to knock someone who is already down.
