Major milestone....

I hit 100 pounds lost today (pre and post surgery)...actually 101 (I skipped right over the 100th pound!) The NSVs have meant way more to me than the numbers....but feels darn good to hit the 100 lbs lost.

I don't pay attention to the scale anymore, well I do but the NSVs are so much more exciting. Don't get m wrong, it is great to see the numbers on the scale but pulling on a pair or knee high boots...biggest thrill ever!!!

Congrats! I just looked at your date and saw how close we had our surgeries! I just hit my just over 100 pounds lost too :) hoping for your continued success.
