NSV tonight

Actually took my granddaughter trick or treating without feeling like I was going to die from back pain and being so winded.  Two months post op and beginning to feel so much better.  Last year I walked like an old woman and felt like I could not wait to get home.  This year I made the entire walk with energy to spare.

I hear that!! And I'm happy for you. I know just the same sort of feeling. Last year just getting through the day had turned painful and exhausting. Now I feel so free....and normal. It is an excellent feeling.

I agree. I am thankful every evening for my surgery when I get to bedtime and realize once again my back and knees don't hurt.

That is so great. My grandson was part of what encouraged me to finally do this.

 Isn't it just the best feeling? I used to feel like a prisoner in my home but now I am able to get out and enjoy life again!
