What's on your menu today, RNYers?
Thank you, I have been using MFP the past couple days but like today I had like an 1/8 of a serving but put all the calories in I know you can change it I just don't know how also I didn't know there was a recipe thing either, so thanks! I am not very computer smart that is why I don't have a picture or a ticker I don't have to the patience to sit and figure it out either I think I have adult ADD...lol Plus I am at work when I logged on her I believe the recipe has all that info on the bottom but my cookbook is at home I just quick looked at the protein this am.
Wow just realized that I am about 2 months away from 2 years out!
B: Coffee and my leftover steak and green beans from last night.
L: quesadilla made with the Xtreme Wellness spinach and herb low carb high fiber wraps. Which are awesome by the way.
Snack: My new addiction, Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt in toasted Coconut vanilla. This stuff is so good that I have shut the mouthes, mid protest, (their hated of all Greek yogurt!) of three of my not so health conscious family members.
Dinner: Will be tired and lazy by then so an Atkins dinner will be on the menu. Meatloaf and veggies. Works in a pinch.
Congrats on almost being two years out and welcome to the post.
I'm totally addicted to L&F greek yogurt as well, though my flavor of choice is the seasonal Caramel Apple Pie - I'm totally crazy about it as others here can attest - I totally stop at every grocer I go by to try to get it. I have about a dozen of them stockpiled in my fridge right now!
PS. Love that you had steak for breakfast!

Good Morning Everyone,
I can't think of any questions right now Anny, but I'm sure as the day goes on a few will come to me :) Today I'm in full weekend prep mode (lol). I'm getting my first ever spray tan at lunch (my legs are so pasty white I was starting to get self conscious about the dress for this weekend...I decided I'd splurge and get a spray tan. A friend of mine always gets them and she looks great, but I'm still nervous). It makes me laugh, as girls we have so much "prep" work to do. One thing I find amusing is that I always took care of myself pre-surgery, but post surgery there's more joy in it if that makes sense. I still think it's a pain in the a**, but I think because I'm not as concerned with trying to be invisible, when I put this much work in now, I want someone to notice, damn it! :)
Time since surgery: 8.5 months
B - Pumpkin & Cranberry Pita chips from TJ (these are SO good. High carb and totally something I will only eat every once in awhile or when in a pinch like this morning, but wow, they are delicious).
L - Mexicali salad from TJ
D - The last bit of my leftover flank steak
V/W - On track
E - Off day (thank god, my body needs it).
Have a great day everyone!
A spray tan?! OMG, you'll have to report back. I've never done one and honestly can't imagine myself actually tan, but it sounds fun.

I know right?!? I'm so pale (damn my Irish skin :)....but my friend swears this lady is a miracle worker. Still, I basically go in the booth naked and she gets up close and is spraying me, it's going to be a bit surreal and I think a lot weird. I would have NEVER done something like this 125 lbs ago. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.

Good afternoon.I was up early then I went back to bed. This surgery has knocked me out.I have know appetite at all.I am just trying to stay hydrated. Not to be a Debbie Downer. I do enjoy reading everyone's menus. How their day is going also.
B:Crystal light with Miralax
L:Some kind of soup
D:Protein shake.
I feel better than I did yesterday so that is a plus.My husband also comes home tonight. I did vacuum today.I have a dyson and it is so light I wouldn't hurt myself doing it.The dog hair has been disgusting.I think I could make another dog out of the hair that's on the floor.
Enjoy the day
Susan, glad to see you posting today and reporting that you're on the mend! Keep those fluids up and get better soon.
