Came home yesterday. I am surprised about how good I feel overall. Drinking has been a breeze with Nector Orange. Temperature is stable. The drain left in is yucky but manageable. Hardest part is getting in and out of bed/chairs and the deep breathing. I have been able to sleep on my right side but left side no way! My surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Henke did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. I am so happy to now be on the losers bench.

Thanks for all of the tips and prayers, I really feel all of them, plus the information I read about on this website have made such an impact. Hoping now for a speed recovery.

Haha, glad you corrected that I was wondering, a month in the hospital? Welcome Home. Take it easy on yourself the next few days and weeks. Give yourself time to heal.

Nectar fuzzy navel (orange flavored) whey protein isolate made by Syntraz. There are lots of flavors I just chose orange It has 6g protein per scoop. I usually make a tall shaker full of it.

It goes down easily one sip at a time.
