Hello....I just started the pureed phase and I feel lost.

I have no idea what to eat. I did see some of the recipes on here and I will try them but what are some things everyone eats. I have only really eaten yogurt and soups. I am 2 weeks post op RNY.

Thank you!

Check out The World According to Eggface. Shelly has a whole section of puréed stage recipes. Bariatric Foodie does as well. I still make Shelly's ricotta bake.

Thanks Jen! Yes that is one of the things I have to make. What do you eat for breakfast?

Thank you!

I keep it pretty simple--usually a protein drink or a Greek yogurt. I use the Click Espresso powder with water and the liquid egg white Muscle Egg. For Greek yogurt, I like the Fage with the fruity mix-ins.

My sure gone said as it relates to the purée stage " your imagination is your only limit". I puréed cook talipa mashed potatoes ( I could only take two tablespoon worth before I was full). I have had puréed white bean chilie with chicken. Ground chicken brast with dream fields healthy carb spagatti with hunts pasta sauce (the no sugar added). What ever you can think of that might seem appealing to you (puréed). I had spinach, eggs and Parmesan chesses this morning for breakfast and it purée sees  nicely.

just go for it. My only issue is the amount of time it takes me to make the meal versus the two or three tablespoons I am able to eat!

what do you have a taste for?

I pulsed (in a nutribullet). canned tuna or chicken with a tsp of mayo and a wedge of laughing cow and ate about an oz or 2 of that.

Ricotta and sauce heated up

refried beans with plain yogurt

pulsed yogurt with plain chili
