Tracking weight loss helps
One of the features on this site that I really like is health tracker which graphs our weightloss. I was annoyed and thinking I wasnt losing as much as I would have but when I looked at the graph around the first-fourth of EVERY month I have a plateau. Probably girl stuff. But seeing this happens EVERY MONTH and I need to ride it out..gives me perspective and confidence.
