Hopefully you will be able to find foods that are high protein, and relatively low in fats and carbs/sugars that you LIKE and would be willing to keep eating long term. I eat a lot of chicken, beef, pork, eggs, cheese, nuts...and mint cookie protein shakes! My junk food quick fix is Quest bars. Wishing you all of the best. We are so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for. We can do this!
