Referred to Guelph, Dec. 3/12. Orientation: Mar 7/13. NUT/SW/RN Jun 18/13. Nutrition Class Jul 3/13. NUT/SW/RN Aug 19/13. Post-op Nutrition Class Dec 30/13. Approval for surgery from Dr. Jules Foute Nelong Feb 10/14. Surgery Apr 23/14.

Wow you look amazing! I hope I look as good when I'm one year out ( had RNY 4/28/14 ) I had both knees replaced in 2013 one in February and one in May which is what prompted me to have RNY in the first place! I want to take care of my new knees and at 295 I wasn't really doing that. I'm now at 251 and feeling better every day!
