Help! Month Stallj
I am so discouraged! I have lost 102lbs, but I have not lost anything for over a month. I don't know what to do...I am 9 months out. I started at 330 and I am 228 now, I am 5'7". I have gone from 3X to XL and 24 to 16, and I want to lose another 50, is it even possible??? I have started working out, too. Aagghh!
Dont be discouraged this happens. The fact that youve started exercising should help. Make sure your getting in enough protein and plenty of water. I actually take in a lot of calories. I work out A LOT. I have never expierenced a stall but I know thats a rarity. I run 3 miles 5 days a week weights 4 days a week and rock climibng 1 day a week (those are all m-f) weekends I do walk the dogs and active stuff but not planned workouts so much. I take in anywhere from 1200 - 1600 calories a day! Protien shakes and high protein meals.
I had to increas my calories when I had a stall of about 2 weeks (weight was different each day but the week to week was the same)
I have not lost any more in weeks I run between 149 and 151 I wanted to be 145 but I actually think I dont want to get any smaller. I am risking losing muscle if I do at this point so I'm content with a size 8 - 9 medium at my height. Maybe let us know what your average day looks like exercise and food wise and we can offer some advice.
My guess is its probably just a result of having lost so much so quickly and your body taking some time to adjust.
