Other B12 options?
I've been using the sublingual dots since surgery, but I notice I "forget" them quite a lot - a fact I attribute to absolutely hating the texture. There are even days the chalkiness makes me gag. So, are there other options that still work?

Yep. There are B12 shots, which the ASMBS recommends doing once a month, although some people need them more often. I do mine every other week. There is also a B12 nasal spray, which most people need to use once a week.

Sorry for the double post, but here are some potential options. Does anyone know if any of these would/would not work?

I do sublingual Celebrate Vitamins (cherry, not dusty) daily and get a Methyl-B12 shot once a month. I've tried the B12 sprays (sort of like Binaca breath spray) they are tasty, Building Blocks makes it.

I think your daughter is mistaken. Many people give themselves shots, including diabetics, who may need to take insulin several times a day. Diabetics in Michigan do not go to the doctor's office multiple times a day for their insulin injections.
I do my B12 injections subcutaneously, not intramuscularly, but regardless, your daughter is mistaken.
