That's true on the calorie count but, as a wls patient you really can't over do it if you have to fit other healthy foods for the day. Well I can't.

You will be able to. Your capacity will increase, and it will get  more difficult to control your intake. Even those that are extremely successful struggle.

I usually eat 1-2 ounces a day.  I choose full fat cheese when I can because my brain needs good fat.  However, I tend to be constipated - so, I eat cheese and raw veggies or fruit at the same time for fiber.  Cheese doesn't have fiber.  Cheese sticks are wonderful to throw in your purse when out and about and are a great protein, low carb snack.
