What's on your plate RNYers? (Monday)

Beautiful day here in Illinois today. Lily and I took our walk and went about 3 miles this morning. We both had fun and got done early. B 1/2 c steel cut oats with but and 1/2 banana with peanut butter L deli roll up with turkey and cheese S whole grain crackers with peanut butter D Angus beef31/2 oz and sweet potato fries(baked) S 3/4 c Greek yogurt with nuts. Post op 21'months and weight at 121.4 today. On track with vitamins and fluids and will do 20 minutes on the bike in a few minutes after I eat my snack. Have a great day everyone!

Hi Karen! Happy Memorial Day! Looks like everyone is off having a BBQ - hopefully making good choices lol. I had an ok day food-wise. Today is my day off from exercise so I feel like a slug haha!

b: frittata of egg whites, artichokes, crab meat, cheddar cheese, sautéed shallots

l: a mishmash of stuff at a friends. 13 halves of marcona almonds, 1 Oz of Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of tatziki, 1 baby carrot

d: the final leftovers of tofu and cauliflower and green curry

s: click mocha protein powder in a coffee, an iced coffee with cream as well

e: none today other than the stairs for laundry and the ahem, walking I did around dsw where I bought four new pairs of sandals!!! All my old shoes are too big!

W: I'm at around 50 Oz so I will step it up

totals today are about 830 calories, 70 G protein, 50 g carbs. Already packed and prepped meals for tmrw so I am sure to make good choices!
