Shirataki Noodles ???
I'm really wanting to try these noodles, but have had no luck in my area finding them (I even just called a local Asian market and they don't have them). My question is, has anyone ever heard of this brand "Miracle Noodle" ?? If you look at the link below, I can have it delivered..... but I thought these noodles were in the refrigerated section ???

I found them at Harris teeter, Bilo and was target. They are really fishy smelling I rinse and soak them to lessen the smell. Then after cooking I will let them sit in the sauce of choice for that day speggetti sauce works best. I haven't had this since my rny, it was a part of my diets prior to surgery though. You can also serve in a chili.
I ordered them on amazon and they weren't that expensive however even when I was able to rinse off all the fishy taste and smell from the fluid they come packed in the texture still seemed less than appetizing to me. If you are looking for a no carb "pasta" option I would recommend kelp noodles instead. Have no net carbs only six calories per serving and can be served raw for crunchy noodles or cooked for soft noodles. I like Sea Tangle kelp noodles best and they are readily available online on amazon and other sites if your local stores don't carry them
