Quest protein bars!!!
I hear you. I dump on them first - in 15 min our so.... Mild dump for me - then 1 hr later I get the 2 round of RH - low BS..
I know they are bad for me. Really bad,

A lot of WLS patients have some weird bias against Quest bars, but they are hands down the best protein bars on the market when you balance nutrition and taste (in my opinion). For me, they fit that perfect balance between "tasty enough" that I'm happy to eat one if I'm hungry and in a pinch, but not "too tasty" that I am tempted to eat them just because. I keep one in my purse, my car, and my desk and they have saved me from hungry afternoons or unhealthy eating out. If they work for you as a protein supplement sometimes, then go for it, especially if they make you feel full and satisfied.
