I have never been able to hula hoop, despite my big hips!

I'm headed to the gym tonight. This is only my second evening to the gym post-op, I just hit 6 weeks yesterday and was cleared to do more than walk.

Downloaded a beginner treadmill intervals workout that I'm going to use to keep it interesting.

Be careful. At 6 weeks post op i was getting light headed and almost fainting in yoga. I just started the gym (last week) again after the light-headedness has past.

So you at week 6 are already EONS ahead of me!  Listen to your body and be aware of any dizziness!

Thanks for the word of caution. Knock on wood, I have not experienced any issues with dizziness, but I also know I'm not ready for something like yoga - just sticking to the treadmill, elliptical, and bike for now! Things I can easily do at my own pace and don't require too much bending, twisting, etc.
