What exercise did you do today RNY'ers?
I gave total body jam a try today. My heart rate was in the 159-160 range. I got some sweat started but not the puddles I used to get in tae bo.
I LOVED the house music. Something about singing along with those electronica club anethems while dancing made it so much fun. I really had a great time re-living my 20s! :)
For the music alone, I will be back next week.
But it really isn't a replacement for a good step class or good jog, or a fast and caloric burn on the elliptical.
