I did some T25 this morning already (Alpha cardio, to be specific) and in a bit I will do some P90X (today is triceps day, boooo). Later, depending on the weather, I will probably do about a 30 minute brisk walk. I do double cardio on most days with the strength training portions of P90X every other day.

I love being able to move!!

Is T25 that "insanity" workout that gets done in 25 minutes?  If so, are you seeing results.  I am really really interested in those short but intense workouts but dont want to blow the money unless I KNOW that they work.

It is indeed the shortened version of Insanity with Shaun T. I've only been doing it for a week so it's probably too early to tell but I can definitely feel it. I'm just over 2 years out from surgery and don't expect to lose more weight so my goals with exercise are to keep myself fit and to keep it interesting. Other people I've talked to, though, have had great weight loss results with T25.

Now, if I happen to lose some more weight, I'll definitely be happy about it, ain't gonna lie, lol.

I'm embarrassed to say, since now I feel I need to step up my fitness goals. 40 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0 mph and a 1.5 incline. Weight lifting to help tone arms, legs and tummy.

Step was just as fun as I remembered it!

I dont get the "Runners High" (wish I did) but I do feel satisfied and content with my performance.

Tomorrow, I am inspired to try something new!  Body Jam (a hip hop dance/cardio class)!

I am interested to see what ya all got planned for exercising tomorrow.

Did an hour of WERQ (dance fitness class) this morning. Probably it for the day. I try to get an hour of something in every day. (Piloxing, WERQ, Zumba, Cycling, Yoga...or just weights.)
