Stop thinking about it as food, think about it like medicine. Just set a timer and eat.

It's not like i have an aversion to food, i like food and do look forward to meal times but, i can only eat less than recommended amount at one sitting. I have my day all planned out but, it never ends up working the way i'd planned.
