clapping thighs

Laughter is the best medicine and you lose a few calories too, so keep laughing.

Look at it as it's your inner thighs way of saying "GREAT JOB at losing all that weight!!" :)

Too funny. I knew others shared my problem. I wear only skirts, so the clapping can get very loud when walking fast, but since my shoes are now loose too, I think others may be confused as to what's making that noise. (I'm sitting here cracking up while writing this). But seriously, I know I have to invest in the spanx thing now. Thanks for posting this, I'll be smiling all day today

Lol, i knew i had clapping buddies out there. Funniest thing ever.

A couple dozen pounds or more ago I had a clapping pannus. I was doing a cardio workout with my trainer and he heard it and asked what it was. I was too embarrassed and blamed it on my arms. 

OMG, i would have said, dunno, lol. Embarrassing but, i'm sure he's heard it before.

I wear capri length shapewear to hold my jiggly legs in place. Wal Mart sells some for around 10 that work well. I have come to peace with my thighs. The thigh lift scares me too much.

Thanks,  i'll look into that. I'm scared too about that surgery but, we'll see when i'm done losing as to how bad the jiggles are.
