I am amazed, everyone has to start somewhere!
And believe me when I tell you I had so much pain in my body 4 months ago I really could not do anything, it hurt to walk, hell I needed help getting off of the couch most of the time. But, i'm 4 months out now, 80 lbs down, and I just did the 1 mile walk away the lbs. THe whole thing without stopping. This may not seem like much to some but to me it's amazing. So early out and this surgery has already changed my life! :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
That is great, Scooby!! Congrats on a wonderful NSV! You are so right, everyone has to start somewhere.
I know I am no where near some of the other post-ops here when it comes to stamina, even at almost 10 months out, but I'm at the best fitness level I've been at in a LONG time-and that's what really matters to me.
When I first started out on an elliptical, 3 minutes - on the lowest level- had me dizzy, breathing hard, cursing it it and swearing I'd never use one again. Now, it's my preferred method of getting my cardio in. ( besides shopping, that is...haha. )
