Ok, I regret nothing about my RNY but being sick for the first time since surgery with strep throat I miss MOTRIN!!! Tylenol sucks for me!! It lasts for maybe two hours top, and then comes the sore throat and fever again. BLAH!! Ok rant over...

CW 190!!! GW Anything under 200 was the icing on the cake...going for 170...lil more icing never hurt anybody!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I have tried EVERYTHING!! My head and throat hurt soooooo bad! I am gonna try some nyquil right after dinner. I feel horrible its my babies 6th birthday and Momma is no fun! Oh well, good time for Daddy to take them to cici's for dinner since I don't go there!! Thanks for the feel better wishes ladies!!

Oh - I hope you're on antibiotics at least. This should cut down on the duration you're feeling really lousy. Sorry to hear - and you're entitled to rant.

Oh yeah, Im on a zpac so hopefully it will kick in soon. I crashed out early last night, I feel a lil less horrid this morning, but I have a 6 yr olds birthday party today. Momma aint got no time for that!!
