I agree 100%. I worked super hard for very little results before.  I am following everything I need to do now, but without the intense cravings and with the awesome results, it is a lot easier to follow than before. I know that once the honeymoon period is over, I will need to be working hard again but I'm hope it will be a little easier to stay strong while working to maintain a normal BMI than it was working hard to maintain a morbidly obese BMI.

I totally hear you. And my thin friends would watch me eat and wonder why I was so fat because I ate less and more healthy than they did!

 

Someday the pharmacogenetists, geneticists and epigeneticists will figure this out.  However, I live in the present, not the future!

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

WOOT WOOT! Fabulous update!!

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
