What's on your menu today, RNY-ers?
Yay-thanks for posting, Ceithlenn! I always feel like this post holds me accountable and lo and behold, I don't do it today and I am over my personal calorie goal :(
B: Pure protein vanilla shake
L: 1/4 of a Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, fajita onions, cheese, guacamole)
D: I'm in Philly with college friends and we went to a great restaurant. I shared some of the cheese plate that we got for the table and had an appetizer of tuna tartare. They had pasta dishes and desserts. Though I only had cheese and tuna, my calories for the day were 750 and protein was 76 g and fat was45 g! Damn cheese!!! Or should I say damn bad choices!
E: my body is beat after personal training/treadmill Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri. I may go tomorrow when I get back to town.
W: probably 100 Oz today. I'm swimming in it!
V: missed one dose of calcium
Ugh I want to be in my normal routine!!
Thanks again for posting and I'm glad you had fun last night at the farewell party :) I'm also still getting used to being out and not drinking.

DC girl look what you did do right.Not always what you have done wrong.I know we have to be accountable.But sometimes we beat ourselves up.
I have been a big party girl all of my life.The drinking part I really don't miss.I like feeling in control of myself.I like waking up without a headache or the did I really do that last night? Everyone always loved the drunk Susan.I don't miss her.
