Hi Ceithlenn,

thanks for picking up for Em. I'm normally a lookie loo, because I never feel I eat any menu items worth sharing, but I wanted to show my support for the group :) Yesterday was a bad eating/drinking day. I missed my morning meal (protein shake), so forgot my morning vitamins, I had a generic boring lunch, reduced fat string cheese, yoplait 100, and 2 strips of turkey bacon. I forgot my afternoon vitamins, and remembered them at dinner which was 2 oz beef teriyaki (not a great choice to eat), 2 oz talapia, pan seared (no oil) with garlic and lime juice. Then had an orange for snack. So I missed my last calcium and iron before bed, just got too late to take them. SO, hoping today is a better day

B: Premier protein shake - chocolate

L: 1 cup black beans, with 1 oz queso fresco and Herdez salsa

D: 2 oz talapia with garlic and lime juice (again), colache (zucchini, corn kernals, jack cheese)

S: yoplait 100

hoping vitamins and water will all be normal today!

Have a great day & weekend!!

Candy V

how do you cook your chicken wings, and your pork steak. I ask because I normally pan fry my meats, without oil, using pam in a non stick pan. Perhaps not the healthiest way to eat foods....

I mostly grill my food, but is a super cold spell right now. I won't grill if it is below 20 degrees. Even in Michigan I have limits lol

Chicken wings are from SAMs club. Just heat in oven.

Pork steak I either grill outside in the snow (not happening today) or I bake in the oven.
