B: chocolate protein shake made with one cup of skim milk
L: 2.5 oz of baked chicken breast and 1/2 cup of mixed salad greens with 2 tbsp of Balsamic dressing drizzled over
S: One babybel cheese Gouda flavour
D: Making Fajitas for hubby. I will have just 3 oz of the grilled fajita chicken and 1/2 cup of the grilled peppers & onions mixed together
S: One babybel cheese Swiss flavour
Totals: Calories: 615 Carbs: 23 Protein: 98
Water: at 64 oz and will still drink more before bed
Vits: on track, almost done
Exercise: 10 km hike with the dogs in deep, deep snow!!! Hubby had to work today otherwise this is our Sunday tradition to take the dogs for a hike. Felt like I was going to the Arctic

That's so awesome that your sister is so supportive! And it must have felt great for her to be so shocked at your skinniness! And let's just talk about the fact that you are shopping at Banana Republic :) It's a day full of NSVs for you :)
I just got back from Philly. Awesome weekend away. We are expecting 5-10 inches of snow tonight (depending on the news source) so I am not sure if my 5 pm flight to Mexico City tomorrow will be canceled. I should pack but I don't really want to if I am not going anywhere :)
I'm sorry that your neck and shoulders are still hurting :( I may have overdone it this week with the personal training. I keep getting a twinge in my back like my back might pull out. I will DIE If that happens in Mexico. So all, please cross your fingers!

I am gonna have to have something later on since I had "dinner" so early (5:40) and I am at 578 calories, 62 g of protein. I am not sure what - maybe some cheese or a yogurt.
E: None - I am seriously anxious about my back
V: Two multis, a vitamin D, a stool softener and 4 mini calcium petites down the hatch. Excited for my calcium chew (caramel, 500 mg) later tonight :)
I am glad you had an awesome time in Philly and I hope you get to go on your work trip to Mexico for no other reason than getting out of this weather!
Take it easy, I am going to continue to just do light carido for a few more days, talked to one of my trainers earlier and she isn't ready for me to come back in yet. I think tomorrow I will go walk the indoor track and maybe get in the hottub for a while.
