A bit late on this - over 100 lbs. lost now!
So I'm a bit late on posting my big 100 pounds lost milestone (115 lbs. down now). I am 8 months out now, my SW was 306 (that was two days before surgery), did the liquid thing for 2 days and was 299 day of surgery. Sitting at 190 as of this morning and honestly could not be happier with my progress. It's slow and steady now at this point but I don't care, just getting under 200 was major for me and the motivation and optimism I feel now is crazy even when weeks go by with no scale moving. Knowing that I am now able to take full charge of my life and not feel out of breath just walking from point a to point b is enough to make every bit of this worth it. Sure I battle crazy head cravings and must sublimate them with pickles or extra hummus, but not sitting here with pre-diabetes and worried I may die in my sleep from apnea (gone) overrides all of this for me...So when you find yourself late at night craving something crunchy, sweet or wanting to revert back to old habits with new stresses in your life, take a step back and remember how you felt (physically and mentally) right before you started your journey. Just those few moments to reflect and see how many of these things we took for granted can make a big difference!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Great post and even greater results. I really appreciate you sharing this. And to top it off you look great too. Best of luck to you.
