Grading Your Pannus

Interesting! I am glad to find that I do not have a badly graded pannus! If it's a grade one at 60lbs overweight, is it possible that it may shrink up pretty good at goal? I have lots of stretch marks from pregnancy though, so plastics may still be in my future.

Maybe, maybe not.  With a lot of stretch marks, probably not.

Also, for some people, it actually hangs down lower once the fat is gone.
