Alternative to Crystal Light
I can't drink plain water. I would love to be able to do it, but I can't. Ever since WLS I have been drinking Crystal Light every day. But over time I think the amount of aspartame in it has been giving me brain fog.
I have checked my grocery store for stevia-sweetened drink mixes similar to Crystal Light and I could never find anything. Since my favorite flavor of CL was lemonade anyway, I found a good alternative.
In the sugar/sugar substitutes section, I found Stevia To Go, a little liquid bottle that you can squirt into water and use as much as you like. I generally don't like how powdered stevia blends into (cold) drinks so the liquid kind is preferable. Bonus: it doesn't need refrigeration, unlike the previous liquid stevias I had bought in the past, so you can take it in your purse if you like.
Also in the same section of my grocery store, I found a little shaker bottle of something called True Lemon. It is crystallized real lemon and can be sprinkled into drinks (or even used in cooking). You can also buy it in little packets but I like to add as much or as little to my drink as I want. Again, doesn't need refrigeration so you can take it with you if you like.
Mix these (plus I like to add clear fiber to my daily "****tail") and you have a high-fiber, delicious lemonade drink with zero everything and no artificial sweeteners.
I just thought I would share this with the OH peeps, just in case you were looking for an alternative to CL.
infused waters - soak slices of fruit in jugs of water to get a little bit of flavor w/o the artificial sweeteners.
There are also splenda-based drink mixes.

Go to their website - true lemon now have lemonade packets (like crystal light) that you can mix into water. Love that stuff... I also use that as a base for my SF jello - just add dissolved gelatin - taste to make sure it is good.... and make natural SF jello..

Also - try Stur Drinks - the reviews indicate it is a very light flavor.. hm.. will see
I have not try that yet - but plan to.

Thanks for sharing. I too was looking for something other than Crystal Light.
