I love this meatloaf!
Just wanted to share in case anyone else might be interested in a delicious meatloaf recipe. I've made this twice now and it's so delicious even without gravy or ketchup very tasty and healthy.
FYI- I use turkey bacon and went with 2 slices instead of 1 of regular bacon. YUM!

Also, if your craving ice cream you gotta try these. 8g protein per bar, and only 70 calories 3 g sugar low in fat. I found mine at Krogers about 20 miles away but worth it. They have a store locator on the website.
I use salsa instead of tomato sauce and I also use salsa as a topping. Really good.

Am I missing something? I don't think thats to bad. Of course I"m not suggesting they be eaten on a regular basis but as an occassional treat I don't see a problem with them. They're lowfat, low carb, low sugar, they have fiber, and protein and all natural.
