In a similar vein, I just read an article in Runner's World (shock, I know.) about using exercise to help veterans cope with PTSD, and it was really interesting - - short of having that pharmaceutical "magic wand", I like that there's ongoing research out there on helping people cope with trauma by making sense of the physiological symptoms and creating new memories to contextualize what the vets have seen in war....
