This is exactly what I meant when I posted that people need to respect that we all have different opinions and to stop trying to convince everyone that we have the only true point of view.

Yes. I believe abortion carries scars for many women. My advice is just as caring as anyone elses and comes from a good place whether or not you agree with me.

I am not trying to change your mind. I will not push my beliefs on anyone. I'm sorry my feelings don't sound exactly like yours, but they are mine to own and no one elses. I think if you take a step back from things you will be able to see that dispite these differences we all wish the same for the OP.

There is nothing to debate. I understand that some of you disagree and think differently than I do. That's okay with me. 

I don't get caught up in feelings when the life of a child is at stake.

I don't know what not getting caught up in feelings has to do with your assumptions.  Again, there is no reason to assume the OP wasn't following her surgeon's recommendations or that she hasn't given this matter a great deal of thought.

For someone who made a post earlier about how useless it is for someone to come here for advice and get dragged down into surgery wars, I'm pretty surprised that you're choosing to launch the opening salvo in what can only devolve into abortion wars.  

I'm sure the OP does not need your judgment, regardless of what you feel is at stake.

Please let this go.  It's obvious where you stand on this issue - as is your right.  But other's rights and beliefs are just as valid.  And I agree with Kelly's comments too.
