I am so happy to hear it comes back. Previously, when I dieted and exercised ...I would be good for a week and sometimes the scale would go UP!!!
Now the scale is actually going down as I follow my surgeons directions! I want to keep it going down. I fairly certain that it was the exercise that kept my blood pressure low/normal when I was near 300 lbs.
