I know stalls happen and have graciously accepted a few, but I am so frustrated with this one for some reason. I eat my three meals and two snacks within my doctors guidelines, get plenty of protein, but with the weather being SO bad my exercise has decreased. I need to get back on that as that lack of activity could be extending this stall more than need be. I was excited to reach onederland before Christmas but am now just down.

Hi - I had my surgery 2 weeks before you, and we are about the same with weight loss. I think you are doing fantastic. What I am finding is that the closer I am to goal, the slower my weight loss happens. Stay patient, but also know that you are rocking this!! CONGRATS.

Thank you! I managed to get my butt to the gym today and feel much better. I think the weather and lack of activity had me down.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
