Sometimes the best thing you can do if you want to lighten up physically is to lighten up emotionally!  Give yourself a break.  You must understand and accept that weight loss is a process, complete with progress, stalls and reversals. If you chart out the normal progression, it will look much more like a staircase with flat areas than a ski slope with a smooth downward line. Your body and your mind are working through enormous changes and not all goes smoothly every hour of every day. 

That said, if you stick with your food and exercise program, the weight will come off!!  The difference is that by accepting the process for what it is, you will be far less frustrated (which can derail your progress), more content, happier with yourself, and more likely to persevere to reach your goal.  

Take care, stay motivated, but be kind to yourself.  It will work!
