migraines post surgery
Depends what is causing it. Check your BP and blood sugar when you have. Sometimes adding magnesium can help with headaches.
BTW : I get headache if I am constipated or have digestion issues.

Some people say they get migraines when they use artificial sweetener. I know this is a debatable topic, but maybe you could try reducing or eliminating them.

At UAB they were looking into soy to reduce/prevent migraines. Not sure what the results were.
Maybe do an internet search and if soy in the diet helped, maybe you could consider adding it with your docs permission.

Fake sugars are all migraine triggers for me. Even Truvia (only 1% is stevia, the rest is fake sugar) and Splenda (chemically altered sugar using chlorine).
You may not have noticed that they were triggers before, but where we have to have sugar-free stuff now, it will be. My surgeon has agreed that I can use pure stevia instead of the fake crap.
